I own a car

I feel the need to update my blog to confess that I...co-own....a....car with my fiancé.


I drive about 60 miles 4 x week. I BART and bike as much as I can on the weekends as I traverse San Francisco. And I feel ok about all of it. Our car is a manual (which I learned how to drive when we bought it two years ago). It is also has a diesel engine, which we fill up with biodiesel as much as we can.

I also am in the BLACK!! And carry very little debt other than student loans and a small car payment that we make together.

When I think about how nervous I was selling my car and only having a bike, I feel proud I did it. And I still love my bike.
